Hertford and Ware have been named by the Telegraph as new ‘supertowns’ for London’s commuters…
They’ve compiled a Top Ten based on figures from Savills estate agents, taking into account affordability, investment returns and rail links.
Hertford is at number five in the list, being praised for good schools and its theatre.
Ware is one place below – recognised for its riverside houses, little shops and summer festival.
